PCR Educator is looking for a senior engineer to lead architecture decisions across our full-stack platform. You will work with .NET, React, and SQL Server on software that manages student records, enrollment workflows, financial operations, and institutional data for 800+ schools.
This is a role for someone who wants real ownership: features from design to deployment, with direct access to customer feedback and a team that ships every week.
Lead architecture decisions for new features and platform improvements
Write production code across .NET backend, React frontend, and SQL Server
Mentor junior engineers and participate in code review
Partner with product and implementation teams to translate school requirements into working software
Contribute to system performance, reliability, and data integrity standards
Own features end-to-end from technical specification through release
