PCR Educator's Implementation Specialists work directly with new school customers to configure the platform, migrate historical data, train administrative staff, and ensure successful go-live. This is hands-on, client-facing technical work that requires equal parts patience and precision.
You will work with registrars, bursars, directors of admissions, and heads of school. You will learn how schools actually operate. And you will have the satisfaction of seeing the system you configured running live at a real institution.
Lead the full implementation process for newly contracted schools from kickoff through go-live
Configure the PCR platform to match each school's specific workflows, data structures, and reporting requirements
Manage data migration from legacy systems, validating accuracy throughout the process
Train administrative staff including registrars, bursars, admissions directors, and IT contacts
Identify and resolve configuration issues quickly to keep implementations on schedule
Document school-specific configurations and hand off to customer success for ongoing support
