PCR Educator's Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for schools that haven't yet found us, or that haven't yet realized we are the right fit. This is a prospecting and qualification role for someone who wants to build real sales skills at a company with deep product credibility.
You will learn the product, learn the market, and work closely with our sales and marketing team to build a pipeline of qualified school opportunities. There is no cold-calling from a script here. We train for substance.
Research and identify schools and districts that are strong candidates for PCR's platform
Execute targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn with a consultative approach
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
Book and coordinate discovery calls between school administrators and our sales team
Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs
Develop deep product and market knowledge to have credible conversations with school decision-makers
