PCR Educator is looking for a Product Manager who understands what it means to run a school: what a registrar needs on the first day of enrollment, what a bursar worries about at billing time, what a head of school asks for in a board report.
This role partners with schools, customers, and engineering to define the product roadmap for our school operations suite. You will own features from initial discovery through release, and you will be accountable for whether they solve the problems they were built to solve.
Talk directly with school administrators to identify real operational pain points and prioritize them against the roadmap
Write clear, actionable product specifications that engineering can execute without daily hand-holding
Own the roadmap for a defined module within the PCR platform
Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure new features are adopted effectively
Analyze product data and customer feedback to inform prioritization decisions
Represent the customer voice in every product discussion
