PCR Educator is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of higher education customers. You will be responsible for adoption, retention, and expansion across a defined account set that relies on PCR for enrollment management, financial operations, and student records.
This is a senior, strategic role. You will operate as a trusted advisor to registrars, directors of operations, and sometimes presidents. You will also represent the customer voice back to our product and engineering teams with specificity and credibility.
Own the ongoing relationship with a portfolio of higher education accounts
Drive platform adoption, usage depth, and customer health across your account set
Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders at each institution
Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales to close them
Escalate and coordinate resolution of complex technical or operational issues
Represent customer priorities in internal product and roadmap discussions with supporting evidence
