Grade_Type Yes Datasource Data "Course Work" For a Report Card mark type, the grade type can be Course Work, Term, Exam, Effort, or Other.
For a Progress Mark type, the grade type can be Progress Grade, Progress Effort, Progress other, or Other.
For an Interim mark type, the grade type must be Other.
Mark_Type_Heading_ID Yes, unless the lookup fields mark_type_heading_topic, mark_type_heading_notes, mark_type_heading_type, and school_id are used to identify the record Identifier "2" Must match the ID of a preexisting mark type heading.
Mark Type Headings can be found under Admin → Maintenance → Mark Type Headings. Note: The ID can be pulled from DAT Query
Mark_Type_Heading_Topic Yes, if Mark_Type_Heading_ID is not specified Text "Grades" The name of the Mark Type Heading.
This can be found in Admin->Maintenance->Mark Type Headings under the Subject column.
Mark_Type_Heading_Notes Yes, if Mark_Type_Heading_ID is not specified Text "Effort Only 1 Term" Additional information about a Mark Type Heading.
This can be found in Admin->Maintenance->Mark Type Headings under the Note column.
Mark_Type_Heading_Type Yes, if Mark_Type_Heading_ID is not specified Datasource Data "ReportCard", "Progress", "Interim" Determines whether the Mark Type Heading is used for report cards, progress reports, or interims.
This can be found in Admin→Maintenance→Mark Type Headings in the dropdown.
Mark_Entry_Type_ID Yes, unless the Lookup field "Mark_Type_Entry_Name" is used. Identifier "2" Must match the ID of a preexisting Score Entry Type.
A list of Score Entry Types can be found under Admin →Maintenance →Score Entry Types.

Mark_Entry_Type_Name Yes, if Mark_Entry_Type_ID is not specified Lookup "General 1 Mark Types (G1)" Must match a valid Score Entry Type name, which can be found in Admin→ Maintenance→Score Entry Types.
School_ID Yes, if Mark_Type_Heading_ID is not specified Identifier "2" Must match a valid school id, which can be found on the division drop-down
Mp1_Weight No Decimal "0.5" Enter the weight of the mark type for the corresponding marking period
Mp1_Formula At least one of Mp1, Mp2, Mp3, or Mp4_Formula is Required Datasource Data "200" The formula is how the grade will be calculated (for the corresponding marking period). The value must be one of the following:
0 = Teacher Entered/Not Calculated (only valid for grade type of Effort, Exam, Final Exam, Progress Effort, Progress Other, Other, Course work, Progress Grade, Term or Final)
1 = Category of Same Name (only valid for grade type of Other for Report Card)
100 = Category MYP (only valid for grade type of Other for Report Card and mark types with is_myp set to 1)
2 = Current Gradebook (only valid for grade type of Course Work or Progress Grade)
200 = Current Gradebook MYP (only valid for grade type of Course Work or Progress Grade and mark types with is_myp set to 1)
3 = Average Coursework and Exams (only valid for grade type of Term)
4 = Current Gradebook and Exams (only valid for grade type of Term)
5 = Average of Terms and Final Exams (only valid for grade type of Final)
6 = Current Gradebook and Exams (only valid for grade type of Final)
7 = Average of Gradebook and All Exams (only valid for grade type of Final)
Mp1_BC_Trax_Grade_Type No Datasource Data "Final Percent", "Exam Percent", "School Percent", "Interim Percent" Only used for BC schools.
Mp1_BC_Trax_Month_Override No Datasource Data "1" Only used for BC schools, If specified, it must be an integer value 1-12
