Importing New Records - Departments
Follow the steps for Importing New Records

Field Required Type Sample Value Notes
Department_Id No Key Id Field "123"  
Department_Name Yes Text "Math" Must be within 256 characters. Duplicate department names with the same school_Id are invalid
Short_Department_Name No Text "MA"  
Department_Report_Order No Integer "1" Must be numeric and within 5 digits
School_Id Yes Identifier "2" Must match an existing valid school division ID
Rank_Course_Selection_Yes_No Yes Datasource Data "Yes" (See Configuring Course Selections for additional information)
Max_Courses_Per_Student No Integer "6" Must be numeric and within 2 digits.
Is_Activity_Yes_No Yes Datasource Data "No" (See Configuring Course Selections for additional information)
