PCR Educator is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can sit in a room with a school's IT team, understand their integration architecture, and come back a week later with a working proof-of-concept. This role operates at the edge of technical sales and real implementation.
You will conduct discovery with school leadership and technology staff, build targeted demonstrations of PCR's capabilities, and manage the technical side of sales cycles from initial contact through deployment handoff. AI and automation fluency is a meaningful advantage here.
Conduct discovery sessions with school leadership and IT departments to identify technical needs and integration requirements
Build custom proofs-of-concept demonstrating PCR's value for each school's specific workflow
Leverage AI tools to accelerate customer data migrations and workflow automation
Manage technical sales cycles from initial pitch through contract and deployment handoff
Serve as the primary feedback channel between partner schools and PCR's product teams
Develop reusable technical assets, integration guides, and implementation playbooks
A degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a demonstrable portfolio of technical work: applications you've shipped, scripts you've written, or GitHub repositories you're proud to share.
