The role

Create momentum.

PCR Educator is looking for a Growth Engineer who can identify client pain points, develop compelling technical narratives, and convert skepticism into conviction. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, sales, and strategy.

You will partner with go-to-market leadership to engage prospects and customers at a technical level, demonstrating how PCR's platform solves real operational problems for schools. The best candidate can move between writing a quick proof-of-concept and presenting to a head of school in the same week.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities.

Partner with go-to-market leadership on targeted outbound technical outreach

Conduct focused discovery calls identifying operational friction and buying triggers

Engineer and deliver customized product demonstrations for school leadership

Develop lightweight proofs-of-concept that validate PCR's value quickly

Create reusable demo assets and technical enablement materials

Own technical conversion from initial contact through contract signature

What you bring

What we're looking for.

  • Engineering or Computer Science degree, or an equivalent portfolio of shipped work
  • Proficiency with AI tools, automation platforms, and data integrations
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical buyers
  • Executive-level communication skills and comfort presenting to senior institutional leadership
  • Performance and metrics-driven mindset with a bias toward action
  • Genuine curiosity about how schools operate and what makes administrators' jobs harder than they need to be
