One platform. School year and summer.

Schools that run summer camps, after-school programs, and enrichment programs do not need a second system. PCR runs both. One family record, one billing, one parent inbox, one source of truth across the entire calendar.

Every program your school runs outside the school day.

PCR runs the operational stack for every kind of summer and auxiliary program a school offers. Day, residential, single-day, multi-week, before-school, after-school, weekend, and vacation. One platform handles all of them at once.

Summer day camps

Weekly sessions, themed weeks, age-banded groups, capacity caps, sibling discounts, scholarships.

Sleepaway camps

Multi-week residential programs with cabin assignments, packing lists, parent letters, and visiting days.

Sports clinics & academies

Single-day clinics, multi-day academies, league registration, equipment lists, and coach assignments.

Arts & music intensives

Studio time, audition tracking, performance scheduling, recital tickets, and instructor-led ensembles.

After-school programs

Daily aftercare, late pickup, drop-in days, weekly tracks, and homework support with attendance and billing built in.

Before-school care

Early arrival programs with breakfast, supervised drop-off, and consistent rosters across the school year.

Enrichment classes

Coding, robotics, languages, chess, cooking, and STEAM programs offered as standalone classes or bundled tracks.

Vacation & break programs

Spring break, winter break, and teacher in-service day camps that fill the calendar gaps families care about most.

The full operational stack.

Built for schools that run summer day camps, sleepaway camps, sports clinics, arts intensives, after-school care, before-school care, vacation programs, and enrichment classes — often all at once.

Session-based registration

One-week sessions, multi-week programs, drop-in days, weekend clinics. Configurable by program, with capacity limits, waitlists, and sibling discounts.

Per-session billing

Per week, per program, per session, or bundled. Payment plans, installments, scholarships, and refunds handled inside the same finance ledger as tuition.

Allergies & medical alerts

Health record carries forward from the school year. Counselors and program staff see allergies, medications, and emergency contacts the moment a camper checks in.

Parent communication

One parent inbox covers school-year and summer messages. Daily digests, photo galleries, and trip updates use the same templates and the same delivery infrastructure as the school year.

Staff & counselor scheduling

Hire, onboard, and schedule seasonal staff. Track certifications (lifeguard, first aid, CPR), background checks, and shift coverage. Pay through the same payroll module.

Transportation & manifests

Bus routes, pickup/dropoff sheets, daily attendance per stop. Parents get an SMS when their child boards and gets off. Drivers get a printed manifest before each run.

Waivers & forms

Liability waivers, photo releases, medical authorizations, and program-specific forms collected and stored against the family record. e-signature included.

Reporting & financial close

Camp revenue, attendance, fill rates, no-show rates, scholarship totals, and family LTV roll up alongside the school-year financials. Board-ready reports without exports.

External-family marketing

Camps draw families who are not yet at the school. Capture their information at registration and feed it into the admissions pipeline. The summer becomes your top-of-funnel for next year's enrollment.

The hardest part is already done.

If your school already runs PCR for the school year, adding summer camps and auxiliary programs is configuration, not implementation.

No data migration. Family records, allergies, billing methods, and parent logins already live in your PCR instance.
No new login for parents. Same portal, same credentials. They open the parent portal and see school year and summer side by side.
No new training for staff. If your team can run PCR for the school year, they can run it for summer. Same interface, same admin patterns.
No second contract. Camps and auxiliary programs are a module on your existing agreement. Add it for the summer cycle and turn it off in September if you want to.

"Our calendar runs on one platform."

The summer we moved everything onto PCR was the cleanest summer we have ever run. The same family record powered the school year and the camp. The same parents logged in to the same portal. Our admissions team finally saw the families we had been hosting at camp for years. Two weeks of August opened up that used to go to administration.

Before you switch

Yes. Camps and auxiliary programs run as a standalone module if you do not need the school-year side. The cross-platform value is bigger when both run on PCR, but standalone is supported.
It is a module on top of your school-year contract, priced by camp enrollment. If you are a school-only customer adding camps, the module fee is significantly less than the cost of a standalone camp tool. We will share specific pricing on a demo call.
If you are already on PCR, the camp module activates in days, not months. The setup is configuration: program catalog, pricing, waivers, and staff. If you are new to PCR and starting with camps, plan on 30 to 60 days from contract to first registration window.
Yes. Camps and auxiliary programs run as a standalone module on PCR even when the school year is hosted elsewhere. The unified family record benefit kicks in when both run on PCR, which is where most schools eventually land.
Yes. We import family records, registration history, payment history, and waivers from any major camp platform. The migration is included in implementation, handled by your dedicated PCR launch team.
All of them. The platform handles day, residential, single-day clinics, multi-week intensives, after-school care, before-school care, weekend programs, and vacation camps. The configuration changes by program type. The underlying data model is the same.
